Own and develop the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines, driving performance and efficiency. Lead the exciting challenge of identifying equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate closely with Equipment Owners, Line Leads, and wider site teams to share knowledge, coach best practices, and build operational capability. Drive significant impact by eliminating machine losses, optimising changeover procedures, and enhancing daily line performance.
