This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll have a real impact, taking ownership of:Building and scaling production Rust microservicesBackend architecture and technical decision-makingDesigning distributed, event-driven systemsDriving engineering standards through code reviews and best practicesWorking with technologies including AWS, PostgreSQL, gRPC, NATS and OpenSearch What they're looking for:Strong commercial experience with RustExperience building scalable backend servicesIdeally, hands-on experience with async Rust in production environments
