We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership from architecture through deployment. You'll play a key role in designing modern cloud-native applications, leading technical decisions, and helping a talented development team deliver high-quality software.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and AWS cloud technologies.
- Build scalable, cloud-native applications using serverless and microservices architecture.
- Lead technical design discussions and help define development best practices.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and architecture decisions.
- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Help improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full stack software development experience.
- Strong experience building applications with React.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, or similar services).
- Experience designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with Istio or service mesh technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or New Relic.
- Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST security standards.
