Design, develop, test, and maintain customer-facing enterprise websites using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and related web technologies.

Build and support reusable components, templates, and user interface features that promote consistency and scalability across digital platforms.

Develop, maintain, and enhance React Native mobile application functionality and user experiences for iOS and Android platforms.

Develop and support integrations with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and other enterprise applications.

Develop and maintain Node.js backend applications or serverless functions that interact with web or mobile applications

Participate in planning, architecture discussions, retrospectives, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Optimize website and mobile app performance, accessibility, SEO, and security.

Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Support migration of existing WordPress websites and content to modern web platforms.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience in web and mobile app development
- Advanced proficiency in React and Next.js development.
- Advanced proficiency in React Native mobile application development.
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted software development tools and practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of headless CMS platforms and modern content delivery architectures.
- Understanding of website performance optimization, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and related technologies.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL query development.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Work Location: This is an in-office position based in our Irvine, CA office. Team members are expected to work on-site four (4) days per week, with one remote workday each week in accordance with company policy. Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary for extended periods, 4 or more hours per day
- Frequent repetitive hand use (typing/computer work)
- Auditory ability to communicate in person, on calls, or in meetings
- Visual acuity for reading documents and computer work

- Health savings account, * Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $106,200 - $118,400 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
- Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's applicable incentive plan document.
