• Oversee storage management solutions utilizing RAID controllers and other technologies to optimize data integrity and performance.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline routine tasks such as system provisioning, backups, and updates.
• Implement and support system backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable system architectures that incorporate service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, load balancing, and virtualization technologies like VMware or Azure.
• Support Active Directory management, DNS configuration, DHCP setup, and network connectivity including VPNs and computer networking protocols.
• Troubleshoot hardware components such as RAID controllers, storage arrays, and network devices; perform performance tuning for optimal system operation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
• Support software deployment, administration, troubleshooting of enterprise applications including Pegasystems or similar platforms; ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
• Monitor system health using tools like Jenkins or Git for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; implement improvements for system reliability.

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration with strong knowledge of operating systems including UNIX/Linux environments.
• Hands-on expertise with RAID controllers, storage management solutions, virtualization (VMware/Azure), and system architecture design.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks; familiarity with configuration management tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including Active Directory management, DNS/DHCP configuration, VPN setup, and computer networking fundamentals.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications like Pegasystems or similar platforms; knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is advantageous.
• Knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL; experience with PL/SQL or T-SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins or Git for software development lifecycle management; understanding of SDLC principles is essential.
