• Conduct user research using methods such as contextual inquiry, task analysis, interviews, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, user journeys, user stories, and customer experience maps based on research findings.
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Validate design concepts through moderated, unmoderated, local, and remote usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Software Developers.
• Apply and contribute to design systems and UX guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Align UI/UX solutions with both functional and technical requirements.
• Define UX metrics and analyze user behavior to continuously improve product usability.
• Advocate for UX best practices and promote user-centered design throughout Agile development teams.
• Share UX knowledge, design challenges, and best practices with fellow designers., * Independently plan, prioritize, and execute UX activities from research to delivery.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability studies and interpret research findings into actionable design improvements.
• Influence stakeholders and effectively communicate the value of user-centered design.

• 5+ years of professional UX Design experience (post-degree) in designing enterprise or B2B software applications.
• Master's degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communication & Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development environments.
• Knowledge of design systems and maintaining reusable component libraries.
• Experience with enterprise application design is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with UX research tools such as Maze.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and Mouseflow.
