Job description
- Conduct user research using methods such as contextual inquiry, task analysis, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create user personas, user journeys, user stories, and customer experience maps based on research findings.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Validate design concepts through moderated, unmoderated, local, and remote usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Software Developers.
- Apply and contribute to design systems and UX guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Align UI/UX solutions with both functional and technical requirements.
- Define UX metrics and analyze user behavior to continuously improve product usability.
- Advocate for UX best practices and promote user-centered design throughout Agile development teams.
- Share UX knowledge, design challenges, and best practices with fellow designers., * Independently plan, prioritize, and execute UX activities from research to delivery.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct usability studies and interpret research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Influence stakeholders and effectively communicate the value of user-centered design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, architecture, and engineering.
- Balance user needs with technical constraints, timelines, and business priorities.
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and fast-paced development cycles.
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining design quality.
- Create compelling prototypes that communicate interaction concepts clearly.
- Define measurable UX success metrics and evaluate design effectiveness.
- Contribute to and improve design systems and UX standards.
- Present and defend design decisions using research and usability evidence.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX Design experience (post-degree) in designing enterprise or B2B software applications.
- Master's degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communication & Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development environments.
- Knowledge of design systems and maintaining reusable component libraries.
- Experience with enterprise application design is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with UX research tools such as Maze.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and Mouseflow.
