IT Software Developer Analyst-Level

This position is responsible for the development, integration, and troubleshooting of technology solutions that support business processes. The role involves assessing, designing, and implementing new or existing applications within the technical infrastructure. The incumbent will provide technical or functional guidance to project teams and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT systems., * Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain new or existing systems.

• Write and update full-stack applications on existing hardware and business processes.
• Perform Power BI dashboard development, SQL data structuring, API integrations, workflow automation, and cloud development.
• Apply Agile methodologies and participate in all scrum ceremonies throughout the software lifecycle.
• Oversee the development and deployment of enterprise-level applications.
• Architect and optimize large-scale data pipelines and software solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing high-impact software projects.
• Provide technical leadership on security, performance, and compliance.
• Ensure applications and processes align with security, compliance, and technical policies.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and contractors on matters related to computer systems.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: 11-15 years of experience in advanced software engineering, full-stack development, and large-scale enterprise systems.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Java, .NET, and AWS cloud-based technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, IT Project Management (PMP, Agile, SAFe), or DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud automation, ERP integration, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SCADA operations, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements such as SOX and cybersecurity best practices.
