Job description
To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a Senior Microsoft Endpoint Management Consultant., * Help customers design, implement, and optimize their endpoint management strategy with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
- Deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Translate business requirements into modern workplace architectures that balance security, compliance, and user experience.
- Guide customers through migrations, from traditional on-premises management (e.g., Configuration Manager, GPO) to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Share your expertise internally and externally, helping colleagues and customers adopt best practices.
- Occasionally support broader security and identity initiatives where endpoint management plays a key role.
Requirements
We're not expecting you to tick every box, but we value:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and related technologies (Autopilot, Conditional Access, Compliance policies, App management).
- Experience with Windows 10/11 management and at least one additional platform (macOS, iOS, or Android). Knowledge of macOS management and hands-on experience is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of endpoint security integration (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, patching, vulnerability management).
- Familiarity with hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and Configuration Manager.
- Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIS2, …) as they relate to endpoint management.
- Strong consulting and communication skills: you can explain technical solutions clearly to both IT staff and business stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to keep up with the fast-moving modern workplace ecosystem.
- Certifications are a plus (MD-102, or similar), but what matters most is real-world experience.
