Job description
We're looking for an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) to maintain our IT systems. You'll be joining an agile, recognized top employer offering excellent working conditions in a beautiful new building in Glinde near Hamburg.
These are the tasks you'll be handling
- 1st-level support for our employees
- Working with the ticket system (JIRA)
- Procurement of hardware and software, as well as the technical setup and configuration of workstations
- Installation and testing of software
- Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Documentation and standardization of administrative tasks
- Support for IT projects
- Remote support for national and international locations
- Coordination of external service providers
- Client support and error analysis
- Infrastructure monitoring, trending, and reporting
Requirements
- You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, or possess comparable qualifications
- You value a high-quality, reliable, and team-oriented approach to work
- You have excellent communication skills, as well as very good German and English language skills
- Our employees are your customers. Experience in customer service is a plus
- You have a good understanding of current operating systems (Windows 10) and Microsoft products
- You are familiar with the latest Windows operating systems and Microsoft products
- Basic network infrastructure is in place
- You should definitely have an interest in data protection, data security, and digital work environments, as these are our core competencies.
- An open, respectful approach and a clear understanding of what it means to be a service provider come naturally to you.
