We're unique in the tech/health & wellness world, applying behavioral insights to help better our product, inform our experimentation, and optimize our growth work.ResponsibilitiesAs a Core Junior Product Manager with a Growth Engineering speciality, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in executing the product roadmap and spearheading growth engineering initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic, data-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building products that users love, and has a computer degree. You will act as a bridge between the product management and the rest of the company, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on objectives.Roadmap execution: Support the CPO in delivering the product roadmap, coordinating across teams to hit milestones on timeCross-functional collaboration: Act as the link between product, engineering, marketing, and data science to keep work alignedExperiment engineering: Peer-review growth code and experiment analysis, launch experiments (e.g. on Firebase), debug, and QA features before releaseResearch & reporting: Run competitor and user research, and report product performance to the CPO and stakeholdersPricing & packaging experiments: Design, ship, and analyze tests on price points, bundles ("kits"), intro offers, and paywall design across the Web2App funnel, including setting up and maintaining the underlying plans in Chargebee across staging and productionWillingness-to-pay & dynamic pricing: Run pricing research (surveys, conjoint, Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger) and support WTP-based segmentation to match offers to users and grow LTV and ROASFunnel monetization & metrics: Optimize conversion and ARPU across onboarding, paywall, upsells, and save flows, tracking PS conversion, PS_LTV_14, ARPU, and upsell attach rateRequirementsHas a background in software engineeringIs very confident in JSON & JAVA or Javascript (SQL is bonus)Is comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical biasUnderstands the basics of good experimental designIs passionate about growth, metrics, and providing an outstanding user experienceIs data-driven and analytical.
