Lead .Net Engineer

Leading platform for electronic agreementsWorking hours:14::00 CETAs a Lead Software Engineer, you will own all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of product features in software products.You will play a key role in ensuring that our client's storage solutions are reliable, scalable, and support advanced orchestration using technologies such as the Temporal .NET SDK.You will enjoy fast-paced entrepreneurial environments where you can solve difficult problems using current technologies and tools.You will collaborate well with other team members when brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions.You will also help the team succeed by thinking about ways to improve processes, suggesting ways to make the team more effective, and mentoring and modeling engineering best practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using C# and .NET technologies, hosted in Azure and various compliance-level data centersBuild and maintain microservices-based architectures using C#, ASP.NET, and othersLeverage Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Blob Storage, and SQL/No-SQL databases to build scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native solutionsDesign, implement, and maintain distributed workflows using the Temporal .NET SDK to provide resilient and observable orchestration for business-critical backend processesIntegrate Temporal workflows with our .NET microservices architecture and cloud-based infrastructureDesign and implement RESTful or gRPC APIs, and ensure seamless integration with other systems and productsOptimize architecture and solutions for scalability and availability, with cost and maintenance in mindIdentify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges proactivelyAlign across teams for designs, communicate and resolve roadblocksGuide and mentor other engineers through design and code reviewsRequired QualificationsExtensive experience developing backend services and APIs in C#/.NETExperience with Azure services including App Services, AKS, Blob Storage, SQL/NoSQL DatabasesExperience with microservices architecture and distributed systemsHands?on experience with the Temporal .NET SDK or other workflow orchestration/tools (e.g., Durable Functions, Step Functions, Apache Airflow)Strong understanding of designing and building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applicationsExperience with designing and implementing RESTful or gRPC APIsKnowledge of data storage best practices, including security, availability, and compliancePreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with integrating orchestration tools into enterprise software environmentsExperience with performance optimization, cost management, and designing for high availabilityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPrior experience mentoring engineers and conducting design/code reviewsBackground in supporting analytics and business intelligence integrationsWe offerFlexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packageProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing#J--Ljbffr
