Job description
- Own and maintain support item master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring the accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, batch records, and lifecycle information
- Monitor inventory health by identifying shortages, excess stock, and critical spare parts while driving corrective actions
- Ensure complete material traceability across serialized, batched, and lot controlled support items
- Act as the main point of contact between Integrated Logistics Support, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Quality for spare parts and supply support data
- Maintain accurate logistics records that support operational performance, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Generate inventory, provisioning, obsolescence, and supply support reports and KPIs
- Support provisioning activities for new programs, including spare parts analysis and the preparation of Recommended Spare Parts Lists
- Maintain Logistics Support Analysis data and supply support information for customer deliverables
- Monitor component obsolescence, End of Life, and Last Time Buy status to protect long term product supportability
- Review Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders to assess their impact on spare parts, logistics data, and ERP records
- Support configuration status accounting and collaborate with Technical Publications to ensure logistics documentation reflects engineering changes
- Process supply support notifications to initiate procurement and maintenance activities
What You'll Need
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience

1 to 3 years of experience in logistics support, inventory control, provisioning, ERP master data management, or a similar role. Strong graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply

Solid understanding of inventory management, material traceability, serial number management, and batch or lot control

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Navision Business Central is highly preferred

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Familiarity with S2000M, Engineering Change Management, Logistics Support Analysis, or provisioning methodologies is an advantage

Previous experience within aerospace, defense, unmanned systems, or other high technology manufacturing environments is a plus
