As a Senior Power Platform & AI Developer, you'll combine technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions at scale.

As part of our Power Platform team in Amstelveen, you will design, develop, and optimise business-critical applications, automations, dashboards, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business challenges into scalable and secure technology solutions. In addition, you will play a key role in expanding our capabilities around AI and Copilot Studio, helping colleagues grow their knowledge and accelerating innovation across KPMG., After completing the KPMG Talent Pitch, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter. In some cases, a colleague from the relevant department will also be present at the interview. This interview is a mutual introduction, where you also get the chance to ask all the questions you probably have. Step 3. Follow-up interview

In this second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. You may be asked to prepare a business case for the interview. • A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
• Experience building AI-powered solutions and agents within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of connectors, APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture
• PL-900 and PL-200 certifications; PL-400 and PL-500 are considered a plus
• Dutch language proficiency or the willingness to actively learn Dutch while living and working in the Netherlands, You have a strong track record in developing enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged. You combine technical depth with strong communication skills and are able to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.

• Gross salary between €4,200 and €6,800 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
