Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join our Information Systems Team based in Grange House, Dunmurry, Belfast on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
This role will support a comprehensive supplier master data cleanse in preparation for the ERP transformation programme. The role will focus on validating supplier records, removing duplicates, standardising data, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, and supporting the migration of accurate supplier data into the new ERP platform. This temporary resource will help mitigate implementation risks, improve data quality, and ensure readiness for a successful ERP transition., * ERP Data Management - Maintain a deep understanding of Survitec's functional data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring correct use and system integrity.
- Master Data Creation - Build and manage functional master data structures, coordinating inputs from core users and ensuring consistent standards across all systems.
- Data Accuracy & Updates - Deliver timely updates to core data to support accurate reporting and business operations.
- User Support - Provide guidance and training to data users, helping them maximise value from data and prepare effectively for supplier reviews.
- Issue Resolution - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical or training issues affecting data quality or availability.
- Data Quality Monitoring - Monitor data integrity, identify common errors or non-compliance, and communicate corrective actions to improve data management.
- Continuous Improvement - Contribute ideas and actions to enhance master data quality, availability, and overall data processes.
- Data Cleansing - Support data cleansing activities for ERP updates, migrations, and system improvements.
- Scheduled Data Maintenance - Plan, coordinate, and execute scheduled maintenance jobs, reporting findings and recommending improvements.

Requirements
- GCSE-level education, including Mathematics.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft ExcelExcellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
