Technical Architect

Key responsibilities:Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across enterprise programmesLead technical design authority activities, ensuring governance and architectural integrityManage and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, setting engineering and delivery standardsDefine integration strategies across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCPEngage directly with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing options, risks, and trade-offsDrive platform expansion beyond ITSM into areas such as ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, and CSMOversee advanced scripting and integration work using JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIsSupport cloud migration and wider platform transformation initiatives

Key experience required:Strong ServiceNow development and technical architecture backgroundExperience operating as a Technical Architect or Design AuthorityMinimum 5 years leading and mentoring technical teams5+ ServiceNow CIS certificationsExposure to at least 3 ServiceNow product lines beyond ITSMStrong integration experience across enterprise systems and cloud platformsConfident in client-facing advisory roles within complex environments Nice to have:Certified Technical Architect (or working towards it)ITIL v4 certificationCloud migration experienceGenAI / AI-enabled ServiceNow experienceEligibility for SC clearance This is a senior-level opportunity for someone operating at the intersection of architecture, leadership, and platform strategy, with scope to influence large-scale enterprise transformation programmes and evolve ServiceNow capability across multiple domains.
