  2. Data Support: Assist with reporting, analytics, spreadsheets, data cleanup, and basic Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or API tasks as assigned.

  3. Process Improvement: Support JIRA improvements and recommend practical updates to IT tools, processes, security practices, and user experience.

  4. Other IT Support: Support assigned IT initiatives, security operations, equipment moves, onboarding, offboarding, vendor coordination, and related operational tasks.

  2. Strong verbal and written communication, including explaining technical topics to non-technical users.

  3. Professional interpersonal skills and discretion with sensitive or confidential information.

  4. Strong organization, time management, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tickets.

  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows, Mac, Linux, business applications, hardware, software, networking, printers, and peripherals.

  6. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and root-cause analysis skills.

  7. Ability to work independently and on a team, follow procedures, seek help, and escalate appropriately.

  8. Ability to communicate professionally in English with employees at all levels.

Preferred
