IT Administrator (SFC&EMS)

IT Infrastructure Administration

• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025 environments.
• Manage and support Windows 11 operating systems.
• Perform Linux server administration (basic knowledge required; advanced experience is a plus).
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services, and user access management.
• Manage virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Configure and administer SAN and NAS storage solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server and PC hardware.
• Configure and manage endpoint security solutions.
• Perform system backup, disaster recovery, and restoration procedures.

Network Administration

• Configure and maintain TCP/IP networking.
• Manage VLANs, managed switches, VPNs, wireless networks, and firewall configurations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Maintain secure and reliable network infrastructure for office and production environments.

Database Administration

• Administer Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Perform database backup, recovery, and maintenance.
• Monitor database performance and optimize system reliability.

MES Administration & Production IT Support

• Administer and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
• Support Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and production line operations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MES servers.
• Monitor MES system performance and ensure system availability.
• Perform MES backup and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot production line IT issues and minimize manufacturing downtime.
• Support MES integration with manufacturing equipment and enterprise systems through APIs.
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly preferred:
• Critical Manufacturing
• SAP ME
• Camstar
• Rockwell MES

Automation & System Integration

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system administration and automation.
• Support API integrations between enterprise applications and manufacturing systems.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to production operators, engineers, and office users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and MES-related issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Participate in on-call support and rotating shift schedules as required.

• 2-5 years of relevant professional IT experience, preferably within the electronic processing and manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills with production operators, engineers, management, and external vendors.
• Familiarity with network planning, hardware repair, server patching, and vulnerability scanning.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to system optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit; able to collaborate effectively with internal technical and production teams.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work flexible schedules when needed.
