Business Analyst - SAP Source Systems

Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support initiatives involving enterprise source systems (SAP). The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical source system data/processes, working closely with IT, functional, and business stakeholders., * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to source system data and processes

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams for SAP

• Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation across source systems

• Assist with process documentation, functional specifications, and testing (UAT) for source-system-related changes

• Identify gaps/issues across source systems and support resolution alongside technical teams

• Support reporting and analytics needs drawing from SAP source data

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Prior experience working with / on Johnson & Johnson (ex-JNJ) good to have

• Hands-on exposure to enterprise source systems - SAP, * Strong Business Analyst fundamentals - requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management

• Working knowledge of SAP (e.g., modules/instances such as ANS, ATL, BBA, BBL, HCS, HMD, HM2\

• Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical requirements

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with UAT, data validation, or system implementation/migration projects a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/life sciences or other regulated industry environments

Familiarity with ERP data migration, consolidation, or system integration projects
