• Analyze social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to maintain positive brand reputation through proactive communication and crisis management when necessary.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences effectively.
• Monitor digital marketing performance by tracking KPIs related to engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic from social channels, and overall campaign ROI.
• Engage actively with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships.
• Support branding initiatives through creative media editing, proofreading content for accuracy and tone consistency, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

• Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or communications environment.
• Strong proficiency with media editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Sprout Social is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms with excellent writing skills.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content discoverability.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and experience managing paid campaigns.
• Ability to analyze marketing data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent relationship management skills for collaborating across teams including PR, design, and marketing analytics units.
