Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer - Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing remodeling projects by installing, repairing, and finishing various building components according to blueprint specifications and technical drawings. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial remodels, utilizing your skills in carpentry, installation, and construction management. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional results on every job., * Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling projects.

  • Install building materials such as cabinetry, flooring, tile masonry, drywall, stucco, and roofing with precision using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform construction site inspections to ensure safety standards are met and work progresses according to plan.
  • Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools; adjust plans as needed based on site conditions.
  • Operate heavy equipment and scaffolding safely when required for installation or restoration tasks.
  • Manage the installation of fixtures, glass, doors, trim carpentry elements, gutters, and other building components efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or related fields with a strong understanding of building material installation.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following construction plans.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, tile laying, masonry, plastering, welding, roofing, caulking, framing, drywall finishing, flooring installation, and concrete finishing.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and follow schematics precisely.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service; capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate heavy machinery is advantageous.
