[LATAM] Software Engineer 2

• Takes ownership of your work and follows through

• Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and delivers on sprint commitments
• Curious, adaptable, and open to feedback in a fast-moving environment

• 3-5 years of professional experience in .NET / C#
• Solid experience building and consuming RESTful services
• Working knowledge of .NET 8, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Comfort with unit and integration testing, and TDD practices
• Familiarity with Git branching workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code) in your workflow

This position may require occasional after-hours work and participation in an on-call rotation to support business needs.

Bonus Skills

• Frontend framework experience (Vue.js, Angular, or React)
• Exposure to mobile (Android, MAUI/Xamarin)
• Experience with performance/load testing
• MongoDB experience
