Routeware is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer/Consultant to join our team and support the deployment of our cutting-edge waste management technology solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that optimize waste collection, recycling, and disposal operations for our clients. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customers to design, implement, and support tailored system integrations that enhance efficiency, compliance, and sustainability., * Work directly with solid waste management clients to understand their service operations and technical needs.

Design and configure Routeware's platform solutions, including route optimization, GPS tracking, data analytics, and reporting systems.

Demonstrate product features and benefits through technical presentations and live deployments.

Provide technical guidance and support during pre-sales consultations, onboarding, and ongoing system operations.

Customize integrations with existing client systems, including ERP, billing, and fleet management software.

Collaborate with Routeware's product team to communicate client feedback and help shape future product enhancements.

Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to ensure successful client adoption.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging innovations in solid waste management technology., Remote United States Mid level Mid level Fintech * Financial Services Act as the technical lead in the sales process for fintech customers: qualify opportunities, demo products, run sandbox POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, support vendor risk assessments, and produce integration/security collateral. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or systems implementation within the waste management or logistics industry.

Strong understanding of waste collection operations, route planning, GPS, telematics, and data analytics.

Familiarity with enterprise software integrations, cloud platforms, and mobile solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
PREFERRED

Experience with Routeware products, or similar waste management platform solutions.

Knowledge of industry standards, government regulations, and sustainability initiatives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
