Job description
We are seeking an experienced Network Analyst to join a Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
The Network Analyst will provide advanced technical support, resolve complex network issues, and serve as an escalation point for junior support teams. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, collaboration with engineering teams, and the ability to restore network services efficiently during outages., * Monitor network devices and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Respond to network alerts and incidents by performing diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Create, log, update, and track incident tickets while ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively monitor network health and device availability.
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network infrastructure components.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks.
- Analyze network topology to quickly identify, isolate, and resolve network issues while minimizing downtime (MTTR).
- Lead incident response activities and coordinate restoration of network services for remote locations.
- Collaborate closely with Network Engineering and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development to stay current with emerging technologies.
- Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Adhere to ITIL processes, incident management, and best practices.
Requirements

3 5 years of experience in Network Operations, Network Support, or Network Administration.

Strong experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or similar Network Management Systems (NMS).

Experience troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including routers and switches.

Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and operational best practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced Network Operations Center (NOC) environment., * CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent networking certification.

Experience with enterprise network monitoring and incident management tools.

Experience supporting 24x7 enterprise network operations.
