Requirements

Providing essential support during overnight shifts, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will monitor network systems, coordinate outage responses, and ensure real-time operations support, all while working remotely from 10 PM to 6 AM MST.Key responsibilitiesMonitor network and system performance, coordinating responses to outages and maintenance scenariosProvide real-time operational support during major incidents, including triage and escalation of network/system issuesFollow established guidelines and procedures to ensure effective communication and coordination during incidentsRequired qualificationsAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearanceU.S. Citizenship requiredAssociate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experienceMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience in network/system monitoringFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Active Directory principles
