Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to support enterprise Salesforce modernization projects by ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce QA Automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration., * Design and maintain scalable Salesforce automation frameworks using Selenium, Provar, Playwright, Cypress, or UTAM.

  • Develop automated test scripts for Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Screen Flows, and end-to-end business processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and API testing for Salesforce applications.
  • Validate REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and enterprise applications.
  • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Copado, AutoRABIT, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage test plans, test data, Salesforce sandboxes, and defect tracking using Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Validate Salesforce security, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
  • Support Salesforce seasonal release testing and production deployments.

Requirements

  • 3 5+ years of QA Automation experience, including 2 3+ years with Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Provar, Playwright, Cypress, UTAM, Java/JavaScript/Python/C#, Postman/RestAssured/SoapUI, Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or related) are highly preferred.
