Job description
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and endpoint management.
- Monitor the health, security, and performance of both cloud and on-premise environments.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Provide End-User Support
- Support employees across multiple office locations and remote users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printers, VoIP systems, conference room technology, Windows, and macOS devices.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, device setup, and access permissions.
- Create and maintain IT documentation and support procedures.
Support Business Applications
- Help maintain ERP and other enterprise business applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and work with software vendors when needed.
- Participate in software upgrades, implementations, integrations, and system improvements.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and other business teams to improve processes and reporting.
Strengthen Cybersecurity
- Help maintain a secure IT environment through MFA, endpoint protection, access management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor security alerts and assist with incident response activities.
- Support compliance efforts and maintain IT policies and documentation.
Lead IT Projects
- Support technology initiatives such as office expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations.
- Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and telecommunications partners.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
