In this Berlin-based role, as a (Junior) SEA Manager for flaconi, you will focus on further developing flaconi as the go-to beauty destination within Europe. You will join a SEA team of five colleagues with a wide range of advanced skills that work together to drive successful campaigns. If you have an analytical mindset & enjoy collaboration then we'd love to hear from you!, * Campaign Management: You take over the setup, management, and continuous optimization of SEA campaigns across several international markets.

• Analysis & Reporting: Your tasks include the analytical evaluation and performance tracking of all SEA activities.
• Account Administration: You are responsible for account administration, case management, and acting as the primary point of contact for external service providers.
• Multi-Channel Optimization: You manage and optimize performance channels such as Shopping and Price Comparison within your markets.
• Quality Assurance: You ensure high-quality standards through regular audits and administration of our search accounts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You act as a key interface between Pricing, Category Management, Campaigning, International teams, and other internal stakeholders.

• Education or Experience: You have a degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or initial experience in a related field.
• Analytical Mindset: You possess a high level of technical and analytical understanding, allowing you to derive actionable insights from data.
• Tools: You are confident in using the Google Workspace environment (specifically Google Sheets and Google Slides) and Google Ads
• Technical Expertise: Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Experience in Feed Optimization is a significant plus.
• Mindset: You enjoy working in an international environment and value having the creative freedom to implement your own ideas.
• Soft Skills: You have strong communication skills, an affinity for numbers, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Languages: You possess excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus!
