Job description
As a Technical Delivery Support Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting regional delivery teams in ensuring the seamless delivery of the application in various customer environments. You'll also work closely with regional teams to assist with integration of various regional products to T4C. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
- Support regional delivery teams during implementation, deployment, configuration, and rollout of the T4C platform.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, networking and integration-related issues.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve deployment, application, connectivity, API and data flow issues across customer environments.
- Support Kubernetes-based deployments and assist with management of application components running in containerised environments.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, operating systems and infrastructure components required for T4C deployments.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks and troubleshooting procedures.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to regional delivery teams and implementation partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across deployment, support and integration processes.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent discipline
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, application delivery, systems integration, DevOps or software engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, certificates, firewalls, proxies and Secure connectivity principles etc.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms and system integrations.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications.
- Experience working with Linux-based systems.
- Experience analysing logs and monitoring application health using monitoring and observability tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation practices.
- Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English
