Command Center Analyst

As an Analyst - Command Center, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:

• Accelerate the execution of strategic initiatives across Getnet's global footprint.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations and local markets to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
• Monitor the strategic portfolio, providing clear governance, executive visibility and reliable delivery information.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies and execution bottlenecks, coordinating actions to improve delivery predictability.
• Strengthen the use of JIRA as the Command Center's execution platform and single source of truth.
• Prepare executive reports, steering committee materials and portfolio dashboards that translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Lead delivery-acceleration activities, Situation Rooms, project ceremonies and dependency-management discussions.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows that automate reporting, portfolio monitoring, meeting preparation and executive summaries.

We are in search of an Analyst - Command Center to join our team in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, with the following qualifications and background:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, consulting or technology-driven environments.

• Experience coordinating strategic initiatives involving multiple functions and stakeholders.

• Experience supporting portfolio governance, delivery monitoring or programme execution.

• Experience preparing executive presentations, reports and management dashboards. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Languages

• Advanced English.

• Portuguese is beneficial. Hard Skills

• Cross-functional project coordination.

• Executive reporting and presentation development.

• Dashboard creation and data interpretation.

• JIRA or comparable project and portfolio management tools.

• Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or similar.
