Job description
- We provide support to digital operations stores by processing store issues and queries swiftly and efficiently.
- We manage and triage store queries and issues.
- We implement our ecommerce same-day pricing strategy.
- We check store slots and comply with agreed hours and windows for online trading.
- We work collaboratively across ecommerce, digital operations, and retail to implement changes successfully.
- We assess and implement resolutions for identified store issues.
- We identify and implement proactive solutions for store issues.
- We implement agreed store change projects within our delivery model.
- We provide weekend cover for digital operations stores, including actioning same-day pricing adjustments based on customer demand.
- We cover holidays for the other Network Support Planner as required.

Requirements
- We are proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel desirable.
- We are strong communicators, both verbally and in writing.
- We have good attention to detail.

- We take a proactive approach to dealing with problems and queries in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The working pattern is Sunday to Wednesday, with work from home on Sundays after the training period, and four days in the office during the week.
