Job description

This roleis toprovide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the department. The post holder will be able to organise their workload,demonstratea professional telephone manner, and be able to liaise effectively with other teams,agenciesand members of the public., Tooperateand update computerised database systems, including Trust systems and any bespoke systems local to the Estates & Facilities team., ? Day to day work on Helpdesk - telephone calls, emails etc.

? To manage/promote the CAFM System.

? To create and issue ID badges

? Produce weekly/monthly reports asrequested.

? Support EstatesManagers, Officers, and Supervisorsin service performance of Reactive Helpdesk and Planned Maintenance System.

? Open, screen and distribute poston a daily basis.

Requirements

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office andmaintainingoffice systems. Time-management skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
