Job description
- We develop analytical models and frameworks that evaluate player behavior and engagement trends.
- We work with game teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver clear reporting.
- We identify and communicate insights from datasets to help refine game design and feature development.
- We collaborate with data engineers to maintain and improve data pipelines and sources.
- We advocate for data-informed decision-making and support a culture of continuous learning.
- We establish best practices in data visualization and business intelligence delivery.
- We analyze acquisition, monetization, and retention metrics for existing and upcoming titles.
- We support experimentation design, including A/B testing, and results interpretation.
- We work across departments to answer business-critical questions with data.

Requirements
- We require 2+ years of experience in the video game industry.
- We require 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
- We need strong command of SQL, data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and statistical methods.
- We need working knowledge of Python and analytical libraries such as pandas and matplotlib.
- We need experience analyzing user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
- We need clear, concise communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of game development cycles and live service operations is preferred.
- We expect professional behavior and a strong work ethic.
- We value collaboration across departments and with external partners when needed.
- We value flexibility and adaptability to evolving project and team needs.
- Bonus points for experience working with remote teams.
