NOC Engineer

• Implement, monitor, and support our IT infrastructure and networking.
• Adhere to our IT support and service processes.
• Work closely with a project manager and technical support teams.
• Proactively monitor our IT systems to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.
• Support continuous improvement of our UK IT infrastructure through upgrades and other enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of our IT dashboard for the Network Operations Centre.
• Work a shift-based schedule, with remote working for all shifts outside office hours and for half of the day shifts.
• Attend our Chandlers Ford office 1 to 3 days per month.

• Commercial IT support experience.
• A tenacious approach to learning new technology and processes.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and share specialist knowledge with colleagues.
• Cyber security knowledge.

• SC clearance, or eligibility for clearance.
• Commercial networking knowledge.
• Firewall configuration experience.
• Switch and router configuration experience.
• Understanding of PKI and key management.

We are offering a shift-based NOC Engineer role with remote working for all out-of-hours shifts and half of the day shifts, meaning you will only need to attend our Chandlers Ford office 1 to 3 days per month. We offer a base salary of up to £45,000, 26 days holiday, a 5% pension, and life insurance at 3 times salary.
