Job description

  • We manually test new features, fixes and integrations across our web-based shipping platform before release.
  • We create and maintain clear test cases, checklists and regression suites based on requirements and real customer workflows.
  • We carry out functional, regression, exploratory and end-to-end testing across supported desktop and mobile browsers.
  • We test REST and SOAP API integrations using tools such as Postman, including JSON/XML requests, responses and error handling.
  • We log high-quality defects with reproducible steps, evidence, severity and expected outcomes, then retest and verify fixes.
  • We triage support queries, reproduce issues and distinguish between user, configuration, data, integration and product faults.
  • We communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, owning cases through to resolution and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • We work with developers and operations to improve product quality, support documentation and release readiness.
