Microsoft Entra ID Engineer

Northwestern University is looking for a hands-on Microsoft Entra ID Engineer to support enterprise identity infrastructure, Active Directory modernization, and Microsoft 365 identity services. This is a technical engineering role focused on Microsoft identity technologies and hybrid environments-not IAM governance or architecture., * Configure and manage Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Support Hybrid Identity using Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect).
• Assist with Active Directory migration and modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot authentication, synchronization, and identity-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams identity integration.
• Collaborate with Security Operations and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for administration and automation.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
