Job description

Reason for Request: WebSphere to Cloudpak migration, Tomcat/NodeJS Support with CMS 9/12 Audit + JSM support, etc. Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies, Sr. IT Systems Engineer - WebSphere to Cloudpak migration, Tomcat/NodeJS Support with CMS 9/12 Audit + JSM support to provide technical support, troubleshoot problem and perform scripting/programming to ensure stable and efficient operation of technology solutions., IT Sr. Systems Engineers are responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of websphere/Liberty/nodeJS/WebLogic solutions. IT Systems Engineers provide technical support, troubleshoot problem and perform scripting etc. Experience in CloudPak/OpenShift platform devopts nodejs administration Jenkins, GIT lab etc is a plus. They should be conversant with websphere migrations along with Liberty, IHS, netscaler configurations. Tomcat servers experience and other opensource web servers experience is also required for this particular assignment. Experience in SOC2/ OIG/CMS auditing preparation, JSM submission, Vulnerability management and applying the patches for the Audit remediation etc is a must. They should be able to do coding in common languages in case of necessities for system's monitoring and other related functionalities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience implementing and administering/managing technical solutions in major, large-scale system implementations

Required Experience: 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience demonstrating proficiency and experience in design, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting technology

Required Education: Related Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or relevant work experience
