IT Support Analyst and IT Data Analyst

We are seeking an IT Associate with a background in AI tools, data programming, and business intelligence -- ideally with a basic understanding of financial markets and brokerage operations. This is not a traditional helpdesk job. In addition to providing internal users technical support, we want someone who uses AI to improve workflows, writes scripts to automate tasks, and turns raw data into actionable insights using Python, SQL, ASP.NET, or C#., · Provide hardware and software support including troubleshooting, configuration, upgrades, and user onboarding across the organization

· Serve as the internal liaison between outsourced IT support providers and software/development vendors -- managing communication, escalations, and accountability on both sides

· AI & Automation: Deploy and manage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate tasks and boost team productivity

· Data & Scripting: Write and maintain Python and SQL scripts for data extraction, reporting, and automated analysis

· Intranet Maintenance: Troubleshoot and improve our internal ASP.NET and C# intranet, including SQL database management

· Dashboards & BI: Build Power BI or Tableau dashboards and query databases to support data-driven decision-making

· Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies using tools like Celonis or KNIME and recommend improvements

· Documentation: Clearly inventory and document systems and technical workflows for non-technical teams

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Core Languages: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation; knowledge of ASP.NET and C# for web development
• AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) in a professional or project setting
• Analytics: Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau and querying databases to support operational reporting
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Tech Stack: Professional experience with ASP.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, or R

Automation: Experience with process mining or workflow tools (Celonis, KNIME)

Finance Background: Familiarity with financial services, brokerage operations, trade lifecycles, or securities regulations (Series 7 / 63 is a plus)
