Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the development of a new AI-driven application. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a proven track record of designing, building, and delivering scalable full-stack web applications. Experience with AI/LLM integration, Generative AI, or AI-powered application development is highly desirable., * Lead the architecture, design, and development of a modern MERN stack application.

• Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into web applications where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or AI application development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
