This role would suit an early-career Web Developer looking for training, technical development, increased responsibility and the opportunity to grow within a successful manufacturing company., * Develop, maintain and optimise company websites using WordPress, ensuring strong performance and an excellent user experience

• Create landing pages, improve UX/UI and monitor website performance
• Work closely with the marketing team on digital campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
• Gain exposure to application development, AI tools and additional web technologies
• Take on increased responsibility and make a genuine impact on the company's digital presence

• Early-career Web Developer with experience using WordPress, including themes and plugins
• Front-end development experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and responsive web design
• Comfortable "vibe coding" and working with AI development tools
