A global electronics and semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking an entry level IAM Analyst to join their team! The IAM Analyst supports daily operational activities that keep identity and access processes running securely, efficiently, and in compliance. This role executes standard operating procedures (SOPs) for provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, entitlement hygiene, data quality, and identity lifecycle maintenance across core systems (e.g., AD/AAD, HRIS, ITSM, IAM/IGA platforms). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process driven, customer focused and comfortable working in ticket queues with defined SLAs. This is an immediate need and a 6 month contract to hire opportunity and can sit fully remote in India. The individual will be required to work 4:30AM-1:30PM IST.

Daily Run & Maintain Operations
- Provisioning/Deprovisioning: Execute user account creations, transfers, leaver
access removal, and entitlement changes based on approved requests and HR
events.
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML): Process HR feed events, validate attribute mapping, fix
exceptions, and escalate data mismatches.
- Password/Access Resets: Fulfill password resets and MFA enrollments/resets per
verification standards.
- Access Governance Controls
- Access Reviews (Certifications): Prepare campaigns, notify reviewers, track
completions, remediate revocations, and document evidence.
- SoD & Toxic Combinations: Run standard reports, review policy violations, and
handle first-level triage/escalations.
- Least Privilege Maintenance: Assist with entitlement right-sizing and
dormant/unused access cleanup.
- Ticket & Queue Management
- ITSM Queue Handling: Triaging, categorization, prioritization, and resolution within
SLAs with high-quality notes and audit trails.
- Standard Changes: Execute approved standard change requests; flag non
standard changes for CAB or managerial review.
- Data Quality & Platform Hygiene
- Identity Data Integrity: Monitor HR-to-IAM synchronization, fix attribute drift, and
maintain identity repositories.
- Role/Entitlement Catalogs: Keep descriptions, owners, approvers, and usage
metadata updated.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness
- SOPs/Runbooks: Follow and improve runbooks; contribute to knowledge articles
and user self-help content.
- Evidence Collection: Maintain audit-ready logs for provisioning, approvals,
certifications, and revocations.
- Incident & Request Support
- IAM Incidents: Participate in first-level troubleshooting (e.g., failed provisioning
jobs, connector issues, login/MFA issues) and escalate per incident severity matrix.
- Change Windows: Support scheduled changes, patches, and maintenance
windows as needed.
Requirements
- Understanding of identity lifecycle (JML), RBAC basics, directory services, MFA, and SSO concepts.
- Basic administration familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Exposure to IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta Workflows, Microsoft Entra ID Governance).
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Excel (filters, lookups, pivots for access)
- Strong attention to detail, process discipline, customer service mindset, strong written documentation, and ability to follow controls. - Basic SQL or scripting for routine tasks and reports.
- Comfortable with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, other IAM/IGC vendor certifications.
- Experience with HRIS integrations (Workday) and SCIM/REST basics.
- Familiarity with SoD concepts in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
