Job description

The program will replace a legacy SharePoint intranet with Workvivo while expanding ServiceNow Employee Center Pro as a unified employee-services destination. Employees will gain a simpler way to find information, access documents, initiate requests, and complete common workplace tasks across multiple systems.

What's In Store For You

Engagement: W2 only; no C2C or 1099 arrangements.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The selected professional may work primarily from home but should be available to attend the office approximately two days per week when important meetings, workshops, or project activities require onsite participation.

The program is expected to continue into 2027, making an extension likely. Conversion may be considered.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead the replatforming of the company's internal intranet from SharePoint to Workvivo.
  • Oversee content inventory, migration planning, sequencing, ownership, and delivery.
  • Coordinate program activities with the ServiceNow implementation partner and other external vendors.
  • Manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and Human Resources to establish realistic forward-looking plans.
  • Adapt project-management methods to support teams with varying levels of technology-delivery experience.
  • Facilitate executive updates, working sessions, planning meetings, and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Support ServiceNow Employee Center Pro initiatives that allow employees to access information and complete tasks through a unified employee portal.
  • Prepare the program for future phases involving additional systems, integrations, content sources, and more complex employee-service workflows.
  • Support implementation readiness, employee communications, user adoption, rollout, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

  • Seven to ten years of senior project or program management experience.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong project planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery-governance skills.
  • Experience working across technical teams, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics in clear, business-focused language.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and create accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience adapting structured project-management practices for teams with limited IT project experience.
  • Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, and written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with project or task-management platforms used to coordinate enterprise work.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience with Workvivo, SharePoint migrations, intranet modernization, digital workplace programs, employee portals, or content migration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or Employee Center Pro is preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience is preferred.
  • GxP and system-validation experience are not required.
