IT Administrator Entra ID / Office 365 / Intune / Sonic / Hyper V / Routers / Hubs

VALiNTRY is seeking an experienced Network Administrator for an on site position in Augusta, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT infrastructure professional who enjoys designing, securing, and supporting enterprise networks while working with modern Microsoft cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience administering hybrid environments, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, virtualization, firewalls, and enterprise networking while providing outstanding technical support to internal users.

The Network Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, security, and day to day administration of the organization's hybrid infrastructure, identity services, collaboration platforms, and endpoint environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining reliable connectivity, strengthening cybersecurity, and supporting employees across multiple locations., Network & Infrastructure

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure.
• Administer physical and virtual server environments utilizing Hyper V.
• Manage storage systems, routing, switching, VPN connectivity, and SonicWall firewalls or equivalent technologies.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Support hybrid connectivity, remote access VPN, and multi site network environments.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects, upgrades, and vendor relationships., * Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user lifecycle management, security groups, Conditional Access policies, and Multi Factor Authentication.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
• Support Windows desktop and mobile device management across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Support backup solutions, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security incident response., * Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Manage shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and collaboration sites.
• Administer RingCentral or similar unified communications platforms, including user provisioning, call queues, and auto attendants.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, and platform optimization initiatives.

Technical Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support for complex infrastructure and desktop issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring technical problems.
• Support remote employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and equipment lifecycle.
• Develop and improve IT processes, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Train end users on new technologies and promote best practices.
• Participate in IT projects, departmental meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other modern endpoint management platforms.
• Hands on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Experience supporting Hyper V virtualization environments.
• Experience managing enterprise firewalls, VPN technologies, and network infrastructure, preferably SonicWall.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and enterprise networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support technical and non technical users.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre employment and random drug screenings.
• Willingness to travel to company locations as needed.
