Shopify Product Owner

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Product Owner to support delivery of customer facing eCommerce capabilities across subscription, purchase, and account management journeys, including participation in global and multi market rollouts. This role works in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and QA to shape solutions upfront, translate business goals into clear requirements, and drive effective execution in a complex, enterprise environment.

• 1 - 2 years of experience with Shopify
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery focused product role
• Required: Experience delivering eCommerce or digital commerce solutions in an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into executable stories and requirements
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management practices
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, decisions, and trade offs to both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating within large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders

Preferred (Optional) Experience

• Experience with digital subscriptions, recurring billing, or service based commerce
• Experience supporting multi market implementations, regional variations, or global eCommerce rollouts
• Familiarity with integrated enterprise ecosystems such as payments, identity, CRM, and CMS, * Clear, confident communicator who can partner effectively across product, design, engineering, and business teams
• Comfortable contributing to solution discussions, not just documenting outcomes
• Able to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity
• Execution focused, adaptable, and able to balance competing priorities
