NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Technical Team is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop, optimize, and maintain solutions that meet customer needs.
The ACS Technical Team
The ACS Technical Team provides technical expertise and consulting services to strategic NetSuite customers worldwide. The team supports the full customer lifecycle, from implementation through post-go-live optimization, helping reduce technical risk and improve the long-term success and value of NetSuite solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain NetSuite customizations and integrations
- Troubleshoot platform, scripting, and integration issues
- Optimize existing SuiteScript, workflows, and technical solutions
- Leverage and strictly monitor AI-Assisted tools and processes
- Translate business requirements into effective technical designs
- Apply Oracle methodologies, development standards, and leading practices
- Document technical designs, processes, and solutions
- Work independently with guidance on more complex assignments

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
- 2+ years of consulting experience
- Experience with SuiteScript, JavaScript, and SuiteCloud development/SDF
- Experience with SuiteTalk, SOAP, REST, or RESTlet integrations
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato, SnapLogic, or Oracle Integration Cloud
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with limited supervision
- Experience translating business processes and requirements into technical solutions
Desired Experience
- NetSuite performance optimization, integrations, or technical architecture
- Release management or Agile delivery practices
- SQL, ODBC/JDBC, data modeling, or ETL
- AI-assisted development and Oracle platform capabilities
Desired Certifications
- NetSuite Administrator, Application Developer or NetSuite ERP certification
- Integration platform certification(s)
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a team or customer adhering to Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs a wide variety of technical, operational and functional tasks to implement Oracle products and technologies to meet customer business needs.
Benefits & conditions
CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $71,100 to $116,800 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
