Job description
- Pay: $29 - 31.80/hr (W2)
- Assignment is budgeted through the end of the year with potential to extend based on performance and business need
- 100% onsite role in Mineral Point, WI
- You will provide desktop support for hardware, software, and end-user issues in a fast-paced environment
- Perform desktop imaging, deployments, installations, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and support network connectivity and printer-related issues
- Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical problems for end users
- Install, maintain, and support computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of desktop support or IT support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with desktop support, imaging, network troubleshooting, and printer support
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and desktop technologies
