We are looking for an Operating Systems Technician to work onsite at our Lenexa, KS facility. In this role you will manage maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes and/or continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and ensure the delivery of world-class performance solutions for our customers. What You Will Do: Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on data-driven tools and equipment within the MRO division, in accordance with standard procedures. Conduct regular assessments of business systems to proactively identify potential issues and mitigate failures. Diagnose and identify optimal repair solutions for system errors efficiently. Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using established statistical methodologies. Develop and deliver detailed reports for internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and prioritize information needs. Effectively communicate technical data insights and concepts to non-technical business leaders through strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Address non-standard MRO challenges or complex technical issues by escalating them to senior technicians or supervisors for resolution. Contribute to timely and high-quality service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations. Support data collection and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving MRO processes, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing operational efficiency. Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize MRO operations, ensuring alignment with cost, efficiency, and quality objectives. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
