Job description

It's not just a job. It's a mission.

Altruix is a high-touch pharmacy dedicated to behavioral health and intellectual & developmental disability populations. Our pharmacy expertise, optional Medherent technology, and specialized packaging promote medication adherence. We provide value-added services that help individuals take their medications as prescribed without juggling pill bottles, while freeing physicians and staff to spend less time managing medications, tracking down information, and resolving errors. Altruix customers see measurable results: 90% medication adherence and 40% fewer dollars spent on ER and hospital visits.

The Revenue Operations Data Analyst will bring clarity and rigor to Altruix's go-to-market data, ensuring our sales, account management, and leadership teams have accurate, actionable insight into pipeline health, account performance, and revenue trends. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and analytics - turning raw data into the reporting and recommendations that drive smarter decisions across the revenue organization.

Compensation for this role is $175,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
