Principle IT Technologist

Seeking a senior Power Automate consultant to identify and automate manual business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate AI initiatives across the Foundation. * Automate high-volume manual processes (shared mailbox management, invoice workflows, reporting, approvals, notifications) * Identify 7-10 automation opportunities and recommend improved approaches * Lead development, testing, deployment, optimization, and knowledge transfer * Support AI and Power Platform initiatives

• 7+ years of automation/application development experience * Deep hands-on Power Automate expertise in enterprise environments * Strong Microsoft 365 integration experience (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms, Power Apps, Dataverse) * Ability to independently assess processes, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide documentation/training Key Focus Areas
