Job description
1 Manage user access requests across ITAR and non-ITAR systems. 2 Perform provisioning and deprovisioning activities in compliance with regulatory requirements. 3 Conduct access reviews, certifications and audit support activities. 4 Enforce RBAC and least privilege access principles. 5 Investigate and resolve access-related issues 6 Maintain IAM documentation, SOPs and compliance evidence. 7 Coordinate with security, audit and business teams to ensure ITAR compliance. Requirements
· 3-5 years of experience in IAM / User Access Management · Experience managing access in regulated ITAR environments · Good understanding of RBAC, Identity Governance and Access Certification processes · Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, UNIX, Mainframe and Exchange administration · Experience with MS Entra IGA, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access · Knowledge of provisioning, deprovisioning and access review processes · Good analytical, audit and documentation skills Must-Have · Experience supporting ITAR-regulated environments · Strong knowledge of access governance and compliance controls · Experience performing user access reviews and entitlement audits · Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) · Ability to manage access requests and approvals · Experience using MS Entra IGA, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access · Strong stakeholder communication skills Good-to-Have · Knowledge of SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements · Experience with ServiceNow workflows · Automation and scripting experience · Experience working with aerospace, defense or manufacturing organizations
