Job description

The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting analytics for dialysis and ESRD populations by transforming clinical, operational, financial, and administrative data into actionable insights. This role develops and maintains reporting tools, data pipelines, and analytical processes that inform patient care, operational performance, and physicianpartner initiatives. The analyst will work crossfunctionally to ensure data accuracy, enhance reporting capabilities, and support decisionmaking across the organization. Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fully remote environment., * Maintains the reporting applications and analytical processes supporting the company's understanding of its operational and clinical performance.

  • Analyzes claims, clinical, and operational data to assess trend performance and company performance vs. industry parameters.
  • Interprets and analyzes publicly available healthcare data, reports definitions and rules to ensure accurate data analysis.
  • Performs ongoing assessments and maintenance of high standards of data integrity and quality throughout the department's data collection-to-reporting pipeline.
  • Leads the implementation of new technologies and special initiatives to support the analytical and reporting needs of the company and its physician partners.
  • Effectively problem solves while balancing multiple priorities, with thorough attention to detail and a high level of organization and accuracy.
  • Operates effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments, leading midsized projects and contributing to crossfunctional problemsolving.
  • Communicates complex analytical findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences across the organization.
  • Stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving analytics methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field; or
  • 7+ years of handson experience in data analysis, BI/reporting, or a closely related discipline.
  • 5+ years of direct experience with SQL.
  • 3+ years of experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with healthcare data (clinical and financial) preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), including the ability to design data visualizations beyond basic Excel functionality.
  • Experience writing DAX for calculated measures, columns, and complex timeintelligence logic in Power BI preferred.
  • Experience utilizing AIassisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coding, data analysis, or report development preferred.
